2024/2025 Coaching Staff

Coach Carter played Baseball for Greeneview high school graduating in 2000.  He has coached softball in the Miami East Junior Diamond Sports program for 10 years, spending 4 years of this time on the advisory board.  Roles included Vice President of Softball and Uniform Coordinator.  Justin is in his 4th season coaching for TNT Thunder and has been with the organization since it was created.  Justin is also in his 4th season as the head coach for Miami East Junior High and has been the coordinator of the program for the last 3 seasons organizing everything within the programs 2 teams.  Coach Carter thinks of himself as a "Players Coach", working hard to ensure young ladies know their worth on and off the field, pushing girls to improve while retaining a love for the sport.

Coach Carter has been married to wife Rachael for 17 years and has 4 daughters who all play softball.  Additionally, he has also been coaching soccer for 11 years - outdoor and indoor, and has spent several years coaching basketball as well.  He enjoys spending time with family and friends camping, and working on complex engineering projects.
